my practice

I offer different ways to free yourself from suffering or to deepen in peace, happiness, knowledge, wisdom, and go beyond. Both individuals and groups.

My attention is focused on all kinds of people: individuals, groups, teenagers, couples, companies, athletes, aspiring athletes, people with depression, anxiety, stress, social anxiety, anger, rage, fear, people who want to go deeper in life , knowledge, what do we do here?, what happens when we die?, what is the purpose?, and more. I attend in Spanish and English and I have clients in different parts of the world.

Through sports, meditation, breathing techniques, audiovisual material, books, breathing practices, conscious eating and holistic psychology, what is proposed is achieved.

Each person or group is different and, therefore, the action plan is different. Within my sessions there is a diversity of methods and activities.

For example, in one session we talk and delve into certain aspects of life, in another we practice meditation, in another we go out into nature, walk, climb, meditate, bathe in cold waterfalls, in another we learn breathing techniques, we paint, in other healthy food recipes and the knowledge behind this and much more.

Holistic Psychology: Holistic comes from the Greek Holos (ολοσ) which means totality: Mind, body, and spirit.
