I am

Diego Ramírez Bazzani

Holistic Psychologist

I remember a lot when I was studying my first semester of psychology, when they asked me: What is psychology and what are you doing here? Many answered things like: “understanding the mind”, “analyzing the human being”, “experimenting with mice”, “I’m here to get a degree”, “I’m here to learn” and the like.

When they asked me, I answered the following: “for me psychology is the art of healing human suffering”. Seeing that traditional psychology did not satisfy my need for understanding, I turned to Eastern knowledge and ended up training as a holistic psychologist / holistic therapist.

Along the way, I have learned and been trained in different practices such as: transpersonal therapist, Gestalt therapist, reiki, acupuncture, holistic therapy, Bach flowers, Merkabah, meditation, Wim Hof method, mindfulness, spiritualism, instructor of the Art Foundation of Living, breathing techniques, understanding of death, mindful sports, conscious eating, magic school of love, among others.

Today I practice, and apply many of these, others not for different reasons.

In 2014 I had the opportunity to travel to India where I was able to learn directly from different teachers, situations, environments, and I was able to verify through my own experience many beliefs that I had and refute others.

Today I dedicate myself to different things, I am a holistic psychologist, Gestalt and transpersonal therapist, meditator, entrepreneur, athlete, creator, teacher of ethics and values, surfer (my life’s passion), I practice different sports such as bouldering (climbing), swimming, apnea, diving, hiking, archery, skateboarding, snowboarding, paddle boarding, cycling, among others. I am a vegetarian with vegan aspirations, I like acting, bathing in cold water, movies, reading, traveling, cooking, laughing, humor (a little black) and above all sharing.

From a skeptical, ethical, scientific, spiritual place and with an open heart I dedicate myself to sharing and serving.
